Led by Dr Simon McCool, a computer vision and machine learning specialist, Daisy Studio develops practical AI systems that help property professionals capture, structure, review, and report on site evidence.

Our focus

Our current platform, Willow, links image, voice, video, thermal, live supervision, and property data into one evidence-led workflow for inspectors and surveyors.

Willow is designed to support professional workflows in both the UK and USA, with reporting logic adapted to local standards and inspection practice. The current focus is a working demo for UK surveying and US inspection workflows, with localised report outputs for RICS, FABI/Florida, and Texas-style inspection contexts.

Willow does not replace professional judgement.

It helps structure the inspector’s or surveyor’s observations, check them against captured evidence, and produce clearer, more defensible outputs for professional review.
